Delivery of your Order

Delivery of all CushyPET products for Slovenia is free, we charge 5€ for delivery in Croatia and 15€ in EU countries. All items are delivered within 14-28 days of your order. We have partnered with DPD to ensure the best possible delivery experience for our customers. We can deliver to all addresses within the EU.  We are sorry, but we cannot deliver to Gibraltar. 

If you experience any problems with delivery please contact us and we will be able to assist you.  We'll get back to you as soon as possible and always within one working day. Delivery times may vary during peak promotional periods, and we will keep you updated in the event of any extended delivery times.

Order Tracking

All CushyPET orders are sent by DPD or UPS and a tracking reference will be emailed on receipt of your order.
